Following a disappointing loss to Luton Town reserves the week before the team needed a point to secure the title ahead of Camden Town Blues. Thankfully a storming performance secured three to see us finish top.

A league medal to add to the county cup trophy that was won 2 weeks earlier, when the team defeated a spirited AFC Leyton 2-0 in the Capital Junior Cup, is a much deserved outcome for the team which has had a strong season overall. The number of defeats can be counted on one hand with only two league losses and two narrow semi-final losses to teams from a division above, making it an outstanding season overall.

Team Manager Walid had this to say:

The season is over, and we are champions!
It was filled with ups and downs, but we managed to finish as League Champions and win a Cup Final. Alysha and I couldn't have asked for a better ending. This was a journey of learning and improving the team to fulfil its potential. We as a team also learnt what it takes to win a league title and push on all fronts with cup competitions. We played some of the best football this season.
We are extremely proud of all of the players for their relentless efforts, devotion, and commitment throughout the season to get us to this point.
We're excited to build on this success in the Premier Division next season, where we'll get to work with the ladies and attempt to add to our silverware collection once more.
We also want to express our gratitude to our lovely family and friends for their unwavering support throughout this season.
